KABLAR (889 m)

Mountain Kablar is located 15 km from the town of Cacak and 155 km from Belgrade. It can be reached by the Ibar highway. The trail starts from Ovcar Banja, from the mountain lodge “Zeleznicar”. There are plenty of well-marked trails, which leads to the top. Some are longer and some are shorter, depending on how much you like to walk. We have chosen a path that goes next to the hermitage of Saint Sava and we reach the top in about 3 hours.

  • Herintage of St. Sava

From the summit is a beautiful view at meanders of Western Morava river and the neighboring mountain Ovcar. Mountains Ovcar and Kablar are forming Ovcar-Kablar gorge.
