WATERFALL BLEDERIJA

Waterfall Blederija is one of the most attractive waterfalls in Serbia. It is quite far from Belgrade. But, if you have the will, you will drive for 4-4.5 hours (250 km) to this beautiful pearl of Eastern Serbia.

From Belgrade, drive by the Belgrade-Nis highway, to Pozarevac. At Pozarevac, follow the signs to Golubac and Donji Milanovac. Drive by the Djerdap highway and enjoy in beautiful views at the river Danube. You can visit Lepenski Vir and Golubac fortress. After the fortress, near the road, is a nice waterfall Beg bunar.

To shorten the road, after Donji Milanovac, turn sharply to the right, in the direction of the village of Miroc (use navigation). This is the shortcut to Brza Palanka. At Brza Palanka, follow the signpost to the village of Reka. The village is about 4 km far from Brza Palanka. When you enter the village, take the asphalt road to the end (4 km), crossing two wooden bridges. At the second bridge, turn right. You can’t miss the signpost to waterfall. Park and enjoy the beauty. You can also take a bath, but the water is only 14 degrees!

About 3 km from the waterfall is a cave Sokolovica. There are signpost along the path. Gallery of the cave is huge, do not hesitate to explore! But, with caution!
